I curretly have a coffee brand that we serve to inhouse custermers and also sell online. We are already in a Brick and Mortor and have been in bussine for 3years and I look to expend the brand to add a small coffee shop next door. The space next door is the perfect size to start and will bring in more revenue as the coffee industry is a 19 Billion dollar industry and everyone drinks Coffee Our cofffe is special and you can read on it below


Saint Germain Coffee & Co (a product of the gatheing nook) 

is a coffee brand started by Naomi Saint Germain-Lucien the owner and founder of The Gathering Nook. Naomi’s family came to the US over 40 years ago to start a better life for

 her and her siblings. Even though living in the US has been great and has provided so much opportunity Naomi is very much involved in her culture till this day from the music, art, food and coffee being one of them. Coffee has been a big part of Naomi's day to day routine as well as her professional life. “Coffee brings people together, she says' ' . Through research and and being intentional about what the brand will stand for and her 13 years in the Hospitality industry before becoming an entrepreneur Saint Germain Coffee and Co was born! 

OUR MISSION: 

 To drink, sell and promote delicious Haitian coffee because it supports Haiti's economy and people buy coffee – so why not Haitian? We partner with farmer-owned cooperatives in Haiti who provides us with fresh coffee beans. And partner with Singing Rooster who roast all of our beans and work shoulder-to-shoulder with Haitian farmers & artists and have been proud members of the Fair Trade Federation since 2009.

•70% of Haitians are unemployed; Haiti’s potential as a self-sustaining country rests, in part, with economic building:  job creation, product improvement, income diversification, and opening up markets for Haitian goods like coffee.

•Haiti is mountainous & well-suited for coffee; 

•in 1788, Haiti supplied half the worlds’ coffee

•In 1950 Haiti was the third largest supplier in the world. Agriculture development is TWICE as effective as other methods of support.
