Clients can access services and treatments that enhance physical features utilizing natural aesthetic measures with an emphasis on maintaining overall wellness and non-invasive treatments.
Tressica Thomas, the CEO, Founder & Owner of Virtues & Beauty has been a Registered Nurse for the past 4 years. Tressica, after receiving treatment for cancer, has always had a passion for wellness and serving others. As a result, nursing and owning a women’s wellness center became her dream.
During chemotherapy, Tressica would go into the office to receive additional fluids and vitamins, such as Sodium Chloride, Lactated Ringer’s, and Magnesium, to minimize the side effects she would experience. This proved beneficial, and Tressica is now a thriving, healthy, and influential survivor. Experiencing chemotherapy first-hand provided Tressica with the passion and desire to take care of others’ health and providing education, inspiration, and transformation for those who walk-in. Owning a wellness studio with proven products is a way that Tressica has won the fight against cancer: and she wants to help others do the same.
OUR PURPOSE:
Our mission is to enhance and improve the overall wellness and natural beauty of individuals by providing physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support. Virtues & Beauty strives to be a premier wellness studio that inspires individuals to live a well-balanced, holistic, and edifying lifestyle.
The pandemic has amplified the importance of supporting our bodies, particularly the need for immune-supporting practices. Individuals today are seeking innovative approaches to support their immune system to protect themselves from long-term or short-term effects of not only the coronavirus, but a multitude of health conditions. Providing services like Intravenous (IV) Hydration can provide our community with an additional source of wellness when they need it. IV Hydration can provide crucial restoration to the body, bringing us back to a state of health and balance after being dehydrated, sick, recovering from surgery or chemotherapy, or even helping our bodies work efficiently to repair intense muscle fatigue.
STRATEGIC PLANNING:
Main Objectives & Timeline:
We want to utilize funding and support to open a DRIPBaR franchise, further supporting our health-promoting mission. Our existing business would also benefit greatly from this partnership.
We want to apply for and obtain our franchise by January 2023 and open the new location by January 2024.
Female entrepreneurship is incredibly important to Virtues & Beauty, so being able to have a DRIPBaR franchise in addition to our growing and expanding Well Spa will provide opportunities to help
more individuals find effective treatment and relief of a multitude of symptoms. This integration is unlike anything currently in our Decatur Georgia community, and opening health-promoting behaviors and services to more customers will improve community health overall. Additionally, we will be able to provide new jobs to the members of our community.
Philanthropy and community development is incredibly important to us. As we grow, we want to continue to use our platform to raise awareness of breast cancer in our community and regularly donate to cancer research.
MEASURING SUCCESS:
Success in our business will be measured by client satisfaction, treatment success rates, and maintaining loyal and repeat clients. This will help us see how well we are serving our community. Success rates will help us to see the positive impact and potentially positive treatment outcomes that clients can experience.
PROGRAMING HIGHLIGHTS:
DRIPBaR:
DRIPBaR is a company that offers numerous Intravenous (IV) fluids, vitamins and supplements targeted to a patient's needs. These are all administered by a trained medical professional, and can help with chronic and acute conditions alike.
Founded in 2016, DRIPBaR has been a franchise opportunity since 2019, and has since opened nearly 300 locations in various stages of development across 10 U.S. states.
DRIPBaR is based on 5 Pillars of Revenue: Lifestyle Drips, Health Support Drips, Aesthetic services such as Botox and HydraFacial, Intramuscular Quick Shots, and Oral Supplements/Retail.
DRIPBaR products are different than traditional supplements due to the rigorous standards embedded within the structure from the beginning. IV or Intramuscular delivery methods deliver vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants into the bloodstream with an almost 100% absorption rate. Oral supplements, as a comparison, have a 30% average absorption rate.
Additionally, DRIPBaR was the first IV clinic in the United States to become Pharmaceutical 797 compliant: a high distinction and proof of exceptional commitment. United States Pharmaceutical 797 (USP 797) is a standard of practice designed to prevent patient harm and fatality from contamination. These practices include proper sterilization guidelines for facilities and equipment, to ensure that all treatments and treatment centers are free of microbial and chemical contaminants.
Virtues & Beauty has always been a wellness and beauty center for busy, health-conscious individuals. Bringing in the franchise opportunity, we can expand at a more rapid yet consistent rate for better sustainability and results. Mobile services are available with the franchise.
Employment:
Expanding our business and having a DRIPBaR franchise will help us positively impact our community with employment opportunities for another Registered Nurse, a Medical Director, and Front Desk Assistant.
TRESSICA THOMAS:
Currently, Virtues & Beauty is operated by Tressica Thomas, a Registered Nurse in Adult Cardiology and Thoracic Surgery with experience managing Adult Internal Medicine before joining the field of Medical Aesthetics. After a Breast Cancer diagnosis in 2019, Tressica experienced hair loss, scars/keloids, and a loss of energy after being a long-time passionate wellness advocate for others.
As a result, she has undergone scar revision, hair restoration treatment, and IV Hydration, which helped her recognize the power of Medical Aesthetics and the benefits of wellness treatments such as IV Hydration. Not only did these treatments help her physically, but they had a profound impact on her confidence after chemotherapy.
Tressica fell in love with medical aesthetics instantly and has been dedicating her career to helping other women live virtuously and beautifully in complete wellness ever since.
