The "Uber" of hand crafted, made-to-order, batched (16 oz.) cocktails, delivered to your door. The location will be a space rented through Cloud Kitchens. There are a few more locations throughout Chicago that Cloud Kitchens have, that will be rented out from us to make drinks and operate. The business is very simple, yet VERY lucrative. The After Hour Spot will operate as a virtual bar that a guest can download the app through the "Toast Takeout" app and order a drink. They will order as they would at a regular bar, ex. (vodka soda, jack n coke, margarita, martini) etc. The drinks will be prepared by the bartenders, and delivered in a 160z sealed mason jar or an 8oz jar for neat pours. So the contents in the 16oz jar will be the equivalant of a guest having 4-6 drinks at a sit down bar. Hours of operation will be from 9pm-2am Thurs- Sun. I, the owner , am a mixologist/ bartender in downtown Chicago for 7 years now, so I know and thing or 2 or 100 about cocktails. My team are industry vets as well and our staff of bartenders will be well seasoned in making drinks also. The funding will be for inventory of all start up cost and startup payroll for bartenders.
