Hello there!
I have a collection of over 10,000 unique photographs, spanning almost 40 years, that chronicle the incredible people and legacies of tech titans AT&T/Bell Labs and Western Electric/Lucent Technologies and Avaya. From employee, vendor and family photos, to award ceremonies, motivational skits and everything in between, these pictures capture the highs and lows of everyday telecom life by the people who lived, loved and even hated it! As you can imagine, this collection has the potential to be far more than just a very special box of old photographs.
I'm currently reaching out to several venture capitalists and angels, looking for financing and the right combination of people with the expertise to help me turn these photos into a website that I can share with the world. With such support and vision, this could be the opportunity to help create a catalyst for possibly trillions of world-wide views from some of the most brilliant, entrepreneurial minds in business today! (Not to mention affluent retirees!)
Such a website might include the ability to:
* grow the database by uploading more photos and videos
* organize and categorize
* search, tag, rate or comment
* create polls and take surveys
* create timelines
* fill in "speech" or "thought balloons"
* networking opportunities
* career advice
* post job openings
* post resumes
* showcase products or offers
* face recognition software to maximize uses
* and so much more!
All of my former co-workers who are aware of this project are very excited and filled with anticipation to see these pictures. A compilation as extraordinary as this shouldn't be underestimated and could arguably be considered the "Holy Grail" of tech industry collections! If a picture is worth a thousand words, these pictures are priceless!
If you are willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement and think you are the right person for this amazing opportunity, please email me and let me know what you think.
Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you!
