The 1.5 acres cost is $90,000. Tree Removal and land leveling is $127,050. Concrete 1.5 arces is $130,000. Storage units at $13 per square ft of a 1000, 10x30 units is $3,900,000. Security system is $25,000. Gated fence is $150,000 and a 1,602 square ft Modular Office that comes with 6 office, 2 bathroom, a cafeteria and front office/ lobby is $210,000. With a Grand total of $4,632,000 and with overhead of $368,000 for any extra expense.
