Thats why I am requesting $5,000,000 for a 1,000 Self Storage Unit of 10x30. The funds will cover the entire cost of the project with a little overhead for any extra cost. The Annual projection is $2,400,00 per yr at max occupancy of a 1,000 at $200 per month. The Storage units will sit on 1.5 acres in Charlotte, NC right off the highway and across the street from a mall. Great location for moving families or businesses looking for extra space to store product and/or equipment. 

The 1.5 acres cost is $90,000. Tree Removal and land leveling is $127,050. Concrete 1.5 arces is $130,000. Storage units at $13 per square ft of a 1000, 10x30 units is $3,900,000. Security system is $25,000. Gated fence is $150,000 and a 1,602 square ft Modular Office that comes with 6 office, 2 bathroom, a cafeteria and front office/ lobby is $210,000. With a Grand total of $4,632,000 and with overhead of $368,000 for any extra expense.
