Our Approach.
We build quality homes for each product class because everyone's lifestyle matters. The cost for building single family homes in US is becoming unsustainable in its current form. Labor costs in particular are not only escalating they are also inconsistent. Builders have never been able to rely upon static labor amounts. By positioning ourselves as an offsite construction company we are better able to direct labor and bring about stability.
Traditional homebuilding doubles the build time for consumers on the largest purchase of their lifetime when faster technology is available. Our technology would allow us to build two (2) 2,200sqft homes in one 8-hour shift - cutting manufacturing time (and deliveries) by half compared to traditional builders. When we look at sustainability, for a 2,000sqft home, builders create 4 TONS of waste! Most of it ends up in landfills, which studies says account for 40% of all waste in our landfills per EPA (drywall, wood, and cardboard). We are able to significantly reduce waste by 90% by Just-In-Time Inventory (JIT) and repurposing any waste to other projects, while building 95% in the factory and assemble the balance onsite.
