Synrgy Studios is a creative/event space, available at hourly rates. We will have the PNW only LED drop ceiling which will deliver industry standard soft overhead lighting at affordable rates.

 Opportunity: With trends such as TikTok and Instagram being recent pop culture hits, along with music and cinema, new content creators are manifesting every day without a place to build their portfolios. Studios of varying degree are popping up around the region to meet the needs of these people. Examples of smaller touristy spots such as the Seattle Selfie Museum (recently spawned a Tacoma version) to production quality studios like Olympic Studios, show that the trend of creators needing an environment is strong. It’s worth noting that both studios above were created before Covid and as of October 2022 are still in business. An app for phones was recently created that mimics the workings of AirBnB and instead offers creative spaces and other studios for rent. As phones become a more suitable medium for photos and cinema, we see this trend only increasing in the coming years. In February of 2022, King County executives launched a project to “lure Hollywood back” by renovating and building a professional sound stage on the Seattle docks. These are all strong indicators of growth in the region and abroad that Synrgy Studios can take advantage of. 

As a result of the Seattle media scene not being mature as others, it has spawned a noticeable lack of premier studios in which to create. You can find many small niche spots (1,200 sq ft and smaller) filled with lots of character, all limiting depending on your project. The medium sized spots are very few and this is where we plan to position ourselves. 

We will offer a warehouse style studio, comprising of 3,000 square feet, filled with soft overhead lighting and a cyberpunk themed neon boudoir studio. The studio will be divided into two sections. The left side will be 1500 sq ft of overhead addressable LED lights. An example of this can be seen at Popsicle Studios in LA. 

The LED light ceiling will allow content creators of virtually any project an affordable place to shoot. This does not exist in the Pacific Northwest. Los Angeles is the only other city in the country to offer this. It’s worth noting that Popsicle Studios has been in business for over 20 years. They have the benefit of being in LA, but they have spawned multiple competitors utilizing the same LED ceiling, and still they thrive. Once the ceiling is completed, acquiring partnerships with for example car companies, models, modeling agencies etc., will take minimal effort. The dynamic and bold elements of this LED ceiling will be irresistible for clients and potential partners.

The 1500 sq ft on the right side will be a cyberpunk themed studio. This is our personal niche that we plan to market, and we are certain the unique aspect of the cyberpunk theme will appeal to more audiences. There will be various prop weapons, outfits, and accessories that we will provide for clients that tie into this theme. Our goal is to give the client a chance to experience and live vicariously through the environment. Thus, creating a memorable impression that echoes beyond monetary value. 

• Corporate Spotlight – We planned the left side of the studio to be built for versality. Soft overhead lighting is an essential in professional photography and videography. We have 1500sq ft of lighting with bay doors at each end, able to handle multiple cars at a time. This expansive space is suited for corporate works of all genres, including commercials, product photos/videos, workshops, events and more. In backgrounds such as high fashion, technology, automotive and art galleries.
