SVRGN is a premier social club welcoming to those from all walks of life. Our primary audience ages from young adults to elderly individuals that share a desire to love people, be kind, share food, and live well. We invite individuals committed to goodwill and a desire to co-exist in a way that provides every one with a safe and healthy environment to live and grow. Prospective members could have a number of interests, including but not limited to: sustainable communities and cooperative living, gardening/farming, yoga and meditation as a path to improving health and wellness, and recreational cannabis consumption.
SVRGN Sanctuary will be an exclusive wellness retreat and sustainable resort compound ideally located in International Falls, MN.
Individuals will be able to book wellness retreats that include yoga + meditation classes, kayaking, hiking + glamping, horseback riding, and gardening.
SVRGN LLC is seeking seed funding.
Our primary goal is to purchase property in International Falls, MN where the physical Sanctuary will be built. Land purchase goal is $225,000.
Additional funds raised will be put towards marketing efforts to build membership and set aside for Sanctuary construction costs.
