Sunshine Tire and Plastic : Pyrolysis is a meaningful and unique business that keeps tires and plastic from sitting around in large fields in Korea, Japan, and China waiting for recycling that will never come. Pyrolysis heats tires just below the burst of flame to the smoking point (cracking). The rubber separates from the carbon black and steel. The tires' fumes go through a filtering system and fuel oil is made. 45% to 60% of the tire is exchanged into fuels. Carbon black is resold to either a road paving company or sent back to sell back to the tire company This makes up 15% and the last is made up of steel 20 % which will be sold back to the metal recycling company. .5% ash and the rest is syngas which is used by the pyrolysis machine.

I am going to look at selling the fuel oil to a fuel distributor
Empty fuel trucks will be weighed. Then weighed again when full.
Fuel oil weighs approx. 7.5 lbs per gallon, divided into liters and a bill will be sent out. Tires are 99.5% recyclable. The pyrolysis machine holds up to 30 tons of feedstock in a 12 hr period.

If you think that 50% average will be fuel oil and the other 45.5% will be carbon black powder and steel, with only .5% being waste. Companies pay by the ton to have their tires recycled, The going price for a ton of tires is $ 500.00 per ton by Snitzer Metal Recycler.

The same process for Plastic, It heats at the same temperature as tires. Plastic is 99.5% recyclable, to fuels only, with only .05% waste, and plastic also pays by the ton @ $ 500.00

General Output
Wages for 4 people
Fuel for the forklift
$ 100 miscellaneous supplies per month
taxes per year divided monthly00 – per lb.

Income
30 tons per day tires
15tons per day of reclaimed fuel oil
10 tons per day  approx  of reclaimed steel
2 tons per day  of carbon Black

Year one will start the project and a second pyrolysis machine will be added when all goes well. For year three, a Pyrolysis plant will be added in Nanaimo at the end of that year a second pyrolysis machine will be added to that. Year 6 will see Victoria and year seven will see another machine added to that. Each additional machine will cost 980,000 dollars and will double up on income with no extra wages.

5 Million Dollars is needed to fund this project. Buying the yard and building, @ $ 3,450,000, the pyrolysis machine, @ $ 980,000, 1 roll-off truck and container @ $ 250,000 scales, @ $ 78,000, one large fork lift@ $ 100,000 and operating expenses until money rolls in
