All our models are solar compatible ready and can be built as a mobile tiny home on wheels “RV Series,” or to live on a permanent platform foundation “Park Series.”
 
We have recently created two models that offer foundational type homes. These are the manufactured and modular series. Both are considered permanent and primary occupancy. These homes are not yet advertised but are offered to clients who are looking for something a bit more permanent and most often have raw land they want to build on.

Date of formation: 04-13-2018

Prior funding rounds were received (include amount and date): Community Futures- 2 loans amounting to 80,000.00 for startup and growth in the initial two years. Recovery Grants issued by Govt of Canada due to the pandemic totaling 60,000.00 issued third quarter of 2020.

Products and services were launched (include product/service names and dates launched): CSA Z240-RV-14-Series tiny home Coastal Escape Model (prototype) complete October 2018 Passed inspection from QAI Laboratories- passed the certification in April 2019. Completed the prototypes of CSA Z240-MH (Manufactured Homes) and CSA A277 (Modular homes) December 2021 Produced two completely Off the Grid homes in December 2021 and May 2022 We have since build over a dozen homes since inception.

Key partnerships were executed (include names and dates): Key Partnership formed with Streamline Renewables to produce off the grid housing in June 2020, Community Futures has supported both financially and through networking within our community for progress in affordable housing and social impact.
