I am a mother of three amazing boys. They all attended a local daycare center for the last 10 years. It closed in April 2023 due to the health of the owner. It was the only daycare center in our local community. Since it closed the community has felt the void it left. There are many families in need of a quality center they can trust with their children as they go to work each day. I would like to fill this need in our community and provide a true purpose for myself. Over the years my husband has joked with me that I should buy the center and apply all the ideas and activities I wished it provided while my children were there and once it closed, I thought to myself, "why not!" I have approval for the loan needed to purchase the building, but I do need assistance with the down payment. I am looking for an investor to help me reopen and bring life back to the center and fill a great need in my community.
