Stonewood

Stonewood will be a small retreat, venue located in 8 acres of Lafayette NY overlooking the rolling hills, pond and nature. It is a place that people can come Monday- Thurs. to receive healing therapies like massage and retreat from life stress. Thurs.-Sat Stonewood will be a party venue for weddings or other events.  Post covid there is a high demand for smaller venues and places to unwind that is economical. The upstate area of NY has many large event spaces that earn 7,000 + a weekend but need to close their doors in the winter months as they are too large to heat, I won't need too close. I am also situated between 2 ski resorts and just off the highway between 3 touristy and college locations. There is also a small 2 room lodge available to have an extra instream of income.  I have been on disability for 3 years from a car crash and this is an opportunity that will work with in my needs to get me up and running too. I have a background in decorating, events, and banking. 
At the end of the property is a structure that is 30X40 which needs to have septic, well, driveway, interior walls, sliding glass doors, deck and a concrete area poured.  Thank you so much for your consideration, have a blessed day.
