Newly renovated MidC, 1936 Texas vernacular flagstone building as private venue for corporate events multiple indoor/ bars, 60’s European vintage furniture with ample space a truly Austin feel. Requesting investment for additional patio / outdoor landscaping and be part of an exciting project .  I’m a fourth generation Texas bar man, my great, great great grandfather Massimo Tasin immigrated to Texas from Trento, Italy near the Austrian border.   He was a railroad mason and wine maker.  Harvesting wild mustang grapes that vine on post and live oak trees he opened the Oprah Saloon in Victoria, Texas.  His oak bark bar is still there at Franzetti’s Cafe.   Wonderful history my grandfather Louis continued his wine making up until he passed away.

My skills at design, historic renovation, re-branding and marketing have spun a 24 year career in preserving some of Austin’s iconic bars ( Longbranch Inn circa 1935, Scoot Inn, 1871, Freedmen’s BBQ 1869 West Camous) and my newest Birdie Num Nums Lounge & Events.     It’s a super fun and excited investment that you can be a direct part of and enjoy.     Funds will help secure Waller pay creek erosion and build  cooking area and revamp sound stage and beer garden patio.  Employing a self serve craft. beer refrigerated container so patrons can try a wide variety of beers from Austin.   I’ve done this business a long time it’s very much in my blood.  I’ve invested $1:1M last year in downtown Austin  and 1000’s of work hours.  Just need the final push with the right investor.  God bless
