Our goal is to turn our Historic Old Town Murrieta Venue into a full service Restaurant. We have been successful BBQ caterers for over 11 years and are well known for our exceptional quality and superb flavors. In 2019 we purchased the second built home in Murrieta, California. We have spent the last few years restoring the home and are now operating as a private Venue. It is our goal to now build a brick and mortar restaurant on the property. We would like it to compliment the home and resemble a barn with a commercial kitchen and bathrooms in the back and an open auditorium for restaurant seating and continued Venue use. In order to be able to move on to the next and final step in our journey we need to payoff an existing investor, $150,000, payoff some credit cards that we used to grow the business, $60,000, and obtain plans and permits, about $90,000. With these things taken care of we can then get up to $1,000,000 with a construction loan. Those funds will be used for the repayment of this debt and the build of the structure. We have financing set in place by a local bank, but need to take care of these preliminary financial obligations in order to be able to complete the loan process.
