Real Estate Investment Fix and Flip, Buy and Hold. I am a licensed realtor in MA looking to get into investment Real Estate. In the past I have found investment properies for clients and now want to find my own. I will need a proof of funds document since when I find this property I will need to get it under contract quickly.
