We have around 200 children ready to join. Gymnastics Center, sports & rec center will be a permanent facility that will have an elite gymnastics team. The majority of revenue will come through our children's rec classes. Doing these in our back yard wit limited equipment, space can bring in $2000 a month in 15 hours of work. A larger facility allows us to raise prices. The Elite team can only manage 10 girls right now because of space. Similar with the mens team. Their cost is currently $220 and can easily be taken to $320 with ability to increase time, space and acceptance if students. The need is here. There is not a gym in town that can handle the capacity or want of residents. I will also offer workout classes, memberships, and more. I have currently been running a successful water treatment company fo 5 years and my passion is here. We would like to start out with a 5000 sq foot buildin and add on as we grow. I believe we can buy land and do this for around $300,000- $350,000
