I’m looking to open indoor batting cages. We play baseball year around and these kids needs a place to get out of the heat and still get practice in. We will offer membership’s, private lessons, birthday Parties. Within a 20 mile radius There is over 1.5 million people. The nearest indoor facility is 30 mins away and it’s stays packed all day long. Opening a one here will draw all the customers we are losing to the other place.
