Raising $2M To Scale Operations For Our 3D Visualization & AI Building Management Platform

Solstrata makes buildings more intelligent, through 3D visualization, integrated IoT data and AI.

Currently, the built environment currently accounts for over 40% of all carbon emissions on Earth and while being tasked with meeting difficult efficiency and carbon reduction goals, building operators and owners have not been equipped with easy-to-access building data that is readily accessible in many other sectors.  This means that retrofit and maintenance expenses in commercial real estate will continue to rise in an attempt to meet demands for net zero.  It also means that existing buildings will need new technology tools to help them compete with the operational efficiency of newer buildings.

This is where Solstrata steps in. We facilitate RE portfolios meeting climate goals and streamlining maintenance operations, through 3D LiDar scanning, integration of IoT device data and streamlining intelligence through AI.

Our proprietary visualization tool connects all the known data about a building or site, simplifying remedial activities and maintenance.  In the same way that humans have “body awareness”, we see a world where a building can self-identify and diagnosis operational inefficiencies much like a human can feel pain, locate it, and make decisions on the best course of seeking treatment.

To date, we've served various clients by virtually mapping their real-estate holdings in 3D space and working alongside them to integrate workflows into the digital space. Since its inception in 2020, Solstrata has made $1.4M in total revenue, and scanned 2.1M SF of indoor space, and 1,700 acres of exterior space.
