We are a beauty company that operates on both B2C and B2B models. Our B2C model provides unlimited subscription-based spa salon services such as manicures, pedicures, facials, lashes, threads, haircuts, and many others. Customers have a choice of opting for the $90 plan or the $180 plus plan that provides additional services. We currently have two physical locations under the B2C model in Montreal, Canada. Both locations are profitable, with full utilization of resources and month-long waitlists to become part of the monthly membership program.

We are now looking to expand and scale through the brand through our B2B model by selling our subscription platform to other salons, unlocking efficiency, and savings, and providing them with annual recurring revenue. Our B2B model operates on a fee structure that is simple, transparent, and profitable for everyone. The B2B model allows other salon owners to become of the Soins Karisma network for a low access fee of $99 per month. In return, Soins Karisma collects 15% of each salon's subscription revenue as well as $0.25 per transaction to support the platform and day-to-day operations.  B2B customers can also opt-in to one-, two-, or five-year subscription plans offering increased discounts.
