Mighty Metrics Solutions, LLC has been operating since September 2015, in a traditional coaching format, targeted in supporting educators advance in their profession. Since then our company has grown and tailored to other service professions. The idea of using software to analyze professional and personal skills set related to performance of daily activities is similar across the board. Basically, the SKIPS (strengthening knowledge integrating professional/personal skills) software is designed and equipped to simulate virtual job coaching as well as virtual life coaching for personal health and wellness growth. Bernadette Broward, creator of the SKIPS methodology has 30+ years in assisting individuals recognize their potential performance. She started her teaching career in special education, advanced to supporting new special education teachers enrolled in a Master's Degree program of studies. While in this role, she began her post graduate coursework in a Doctoral Program at the University of New Mexico. interested in high efficacy teaching. Although she did not complete the program, she continues to research effective techniques and strategies to embed in the SKIPS system, once developed. For this particular model of support, Bernadette relied on the APS/UNM Partnership Program model of service, which was in existence for nine years before it was retired.
SKIPS software is identified as a bi-directional system offering self-reflective feedback with live data for analysis. We operate with limited overhead staff, Bernadette CEO , who has been utilizing contract consults to further the development. Our target audience is business, education, and personal individuals for the health and wellness application system. Currently, our we are implementing a simulated experience of the wellness application whereby 20 participants are teaming with our life coach who represents the health and wellness concepts. Continuing, our goals and objectives are to be the software of choice for developing workplace communities and individual wellness communities. Be responsive to client needs with individual emphasis, and permanently change the perception of and approach to designing or re-designing workplace communities along with personal wellness development. Achieving our goals is no small feat, however with a software system that identifies baseline skills set measurement, ascertains skill strengths and gaps as well as assessing individual and group progress is a start. Additionally our software system is recognized for analyzing skills set in relation to operational procedures. Identifying problematic areas of service and or production, alignment of performance to operations or misalignment between performance and processes.
