Network of Women's Wellness Centers in southeastern rural communities

Sincere Care Centers, d.b.a. Sincere Women’s Wellness and Birthing Centers, is intended to be a network of rural health clinics strategically located in the southeastern region of the United States.  Our mission is to provide high quality health care and birthing services for women. The network of centers will be strategically located in rural, maternity care deserts and medically underserved areas (MUA), where data indicates above average (per capita) births and expectant mothers travel a minimum of 30 minutes to seek care.

Currently, the identified areas have no competitors providing specialty care or birthing services within 30 miles.  We will offer three profitable service lines to include women's care, behavioral health, and birthing services.  In addition to offering in clinic services, we will also offer Telehealth and at-home services, which are billable services as well.  Our goal is to build a network of centers, improving our ability to recruit and retain high quality clinicians and support a cost sharing model which will ultimately increase revenue.  Each center will be a designated rural health center allowing us a higher than average reimbursement rate from government payers.  Upon initial investment, we will be eligible for millions of dollars in government funding.

Our founding group includes:
Founder and CEO, over 15 years of healthcare strategy, physician recruitment and hospital administration experience.  She has worked with national, regional, and local managed care plans.

COO - Has over 25 years of hospital operations, revenue cycle, billing and coding experience.  Over $200M in annual revenue collection.

Chief Revenue Officer - over 15 years of operations, revenue cycle experience; seven years of acute care hospital, Federally Qualified Health Center and birthing center operation and revenue cycle experience.
