Seeking an Angel Investor.
Please excuse my brevity as I have just listed my company for sale and being a manufacturer, I have distributors etc. and prefer to not to disclose all the parameters in this public forum for now as it could harm my current day to day business if my distributors see that I have the company for sale.
The company holds 2 issued utility patents (just received the second last month), as well as national certification.
I am offering a percentage of the sale of my company for this short-term investment to assist me for the next 9 months or so. If the company does not sell in this first attempt, the percentage will convert into a share of the company (convertible note).
