SEATBUM is a mobile app for in-seat delivery at sporting events and venues. The app is fully functional and focused on solving 3 main problems:

1.     Wait times/Social Distancing: Long lines keep fans from seeing the game live and from socializing with friends and family. Today's fan wants to watch their team, but they also want to socialize and waiting in long lines is detrimental to accomplishing either one of these. Social Distancing requirements will also be the norm and ordering from the SEATBUM app will ensure fans get their meal safely delivered without having to follow strict guidelines.                                                                                                                                                     

2.     Less Cash Payments: Cash transactions at concession stands or to vendors take longer and will be non-existent due to COVID-19. Mobile payments are quick, easy, safe and enable customers to make food and drink purchases without having cash or cards in their pockets. The SEATBUM app helps solve this problem.

3.     Reach More Fans: 64% percent of fans polled by Oracle Hospitality said they would “probably use” or “definitely use” in-seat ordering if available at their stadium. $20 is the amount that U.S. fans, on average, said they would spend additionally if wait times were cut in half (That represents a 42% increase in typical expenditures (per party, per game).

The SEATBUM App has three types of revenue streams for stadiums and venues:

Option A: Fee per order

•       $2 delivery fee                                                                                                                                                                                                   

Option B: Cost as % per revenue

•       6.5% of concession revenue per game

Option C: Straight Licensing Fee
