Fertilizer, Portland cement, gypsum products are target materials to haul north; running work for 20 years commercial construction in N.E; many contacts for opportunities. 
$6 MIL -  aggregate side funding request to be able to purchase/partner with pits to keep up lowest price and maintain competitive edge providing clients with a minimum of $5/ton under their current purchase price.
OPTION $4 MIL - set up barge/ aggregate transport and work with current suppliers; Can’t guarantee won’t get under bud eventually but should maintain competitive edge owning entire shipping entity as the rock supply in NE far outweighs the demand; I don’t foresee cost increases outside typical inflation, wages and energy costs
