We are a very successful , well known Salon and Day Spa in the heart of Sussex County. We are a very elegant up scale salon and day spa situated in a restored historical Victorian home. We have been in business for 18 years successfully. There is a new village being built in Sparta NJ called North Village . It's like a mini city within Sparta. We have signed a lease to be the only salon/day spa/medi-spa within the village. We have contracted a medi spa to join us as well. We are looking for a possible investor to help us with this project. We need approx $350,000 to build out and equipment ect. It will be a complete success.
