Safekeep Maintenance, Inc is a building maintenance company, that specializes in Electrostatic Disinfecting Services, Recurring Janitorial Services and Floor Care Services to commercial & residential clients in California & Hawaii. We offer services directly related to helping businesses stay safe and clean for their staff,clients, and families, which is especially important during this global pandemic. The residential aspect of the business in the early stages will be great for cash flow, as there is typically very limited lag time in payment for residential clients. We plan to build an extremely large base of residential clients, alongside our commercial portfolio. This will make the business more attractive in the long term in terms of providing additional sustainability for the overall income of the business. It also makes for a much more attractive sale of the company when it attains certain recurring revenue goals.
There is a huge demand for cleaning and proper disinfecting services in the markets that we are targeting. This is an evergreen business, that has also proven time and again to be recession proof. We have a very detailed business plan that includes financial projections for the next 3 years, Profit & Loss Statement , and Balance Sheet. There is also a detailed explanation of the pertinent details of the business, pertaining to the operations, management, finances, and human resources. We have a marketing firm that is already working very diligently in exchange for a commission, and small monthly fee, in order to help our company gain much broader exposure on an extremely limited marketing budget.
This is not a startup, we currently have already invested $100,000 into this business within the last 6 months. We have heavily invested into electrostatic sprayers and superior floor care equipment to enable us to provide specialty services to increase our service offerings and potential revenue from the onset. We've had to deal with significant unexpected shipping delays/shutdowns due to the pandemic in terms of securing certain equipment that has been very much in demand by the entire globe, especially here in the United States. We are well positioned to start generating considerable revenue, that will grow substantially each month due to the marketing methods being used, in combination with a strong sales teams to close appointments, submit bids, and follow up with prospects on an ongoing basis. Our marketing efforts are multi-faceted, and supply our sales people with an ongoing stream of pre-set appointments that allow them to focus primarily on selling/closing instead of generating their own leads.
We have well trained commercial and residential cleaning techs in place that will allow us to perform all of our duties at a consistently high level. We also present ourselves in a very professional manner, which will be improved upon with additional funding, in terms of having multiple fully equipped service vans in each market that we are operating in, and scaling our marketing efforts to maximize our market share.
The entire organization from the Cleaning Techs, to the CEO are rewarded financially for performance and results. Every person in the entire organization has the opportunity to earn more money in addition to the their regular pay/salary by referring business to the Company. We pay generous commission for referrals, and it creates great morale within the entire company by allowing all to partake in the success and growth of the company they work with.
The CEO has previous experience working directly with another commercial cleaning company in San Diego, CA that grew from 2 staff members to 75 in a period of 5 years. This model is being somewhat improved an expanded upon to effectively operate in multiple markets with a wider ranger of building maintenance related services. We are projected to produce 303,000 in revenue our 1st year, that number will increase to 4,400,000 by the end of 2021, and by completion of our 3rd year in business we are project to increase our revenue to $10.5M dollars annually, while operating a 28% profit margin.
