Dear Investors,

#1 GOAL - ROYAL LIGHT HOME CARE: NEEDING START UP CAPITAL
A Caregiver Agency Provides Resources of Health Care for Our Community

My name is Lashunda Pittman, and my daughter Alicia and I wanted to start a business together, so we came up with Royal Light Home Care, a caregiver agency. We already have future clients and staff in place for our business once we get it up and running.

Royal Light Home Care is dedicated to serving the elderly and those who suffer from disabilities.

I've been working in the nursing field since 2000. I've also had the pleasure of working with the seniors in our community. For years I've heard many, many stories, shared laughs, and even felt the pain of those who shared their most memorable moments with me, and they have all left a lifelong impression on me.

We seek to help those in need in addition to taking the weight off their loved ones. Being a caregiver is a huge responsibility, and as they say, “it takes a village.” Receiving this grant would tremendously help us finally reach our set goals. As caregivers, our desire is to fulfill our clients' needs.

An addition, we've seen the downside of having a loved one who has stayed too long in a nursing facility to the point that they felt distant and isolated from their normal home environment and routines. We’ve experienced firsthand how patients become distressed, less sociable, and sad alongside their peers, not wanting to come out of their rooms.

Our compassionate team seeks to bring back joy and laughter to the lives of these loved ones. To light the fire in their souls once again and to motivate them through compassion. This makes our heart smile. No one should ever lose the desire to enjoy life, even with the limitations that life can bring.

Royal Light Home Care will provide outstanding care for all our seniors and those with disabilities, helping them to overcome their fears while assisting them to better maintain their level of independence from the comfort of their own home. We're seeing a high demand in various communities such as hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities that need affordable and effective 24-hour care.

Our Total Care Plan will ensure that our clients receive the upmost level of care, safety, and well-being. What makes our agency different from others is that we take great pride in providing the best and most efficient care possible. Our company understands the value of good communication. This leads to growth and healthy outcomes overall, giving our clients the best possible experience.

What motivates our company to succeed is working well as a purpose-driven team in addition to learning new ways of becoming better as our platform grows and expands. We are open-minded to creating new ideas, jobs, and classes. Our team looks forward to making a positive impact on society and working with great people who have a passion to help our elders get back to living a normal life.

Our company is committed to making our clients feel valued, safe, and important. We also encourage our team to never stop dreaming as leaders of the community. We are here to build strong bonds where one would be happy to rely on our company's pledge. Teamwork makes the dream work.
