Opportunity: The motorcycle sales and service industry is grossly underserved in the metro Atlanta market. We intend to establish a centrally located, easily accessible business in order to solve this problem and deliver an enhanced customer experience as compared to currently available solutions outside the city.

Your Solution: Establish brick and mortar sales and service shop, centrally located and easily accessible near the heart of Atlanta. A variety of remote services will also be available, based out of the shop.
Market Focus: Predominantly males ages 18-25 and 45-60; but we will service all those who possess a motorcycle or ATV.
Expected Returns: We intend to generate gross profit margins of at least 20% of net sales.
Funding: Westside Cycles LLC d.b.a. Westside Cycle Works is seeking start-up funding in the amount of $300,000 USD. We estimate start-up costs to be approximately $150,000 (see fig.1 below). The remainder of the start-up capital will be converted into working capital to allow for smooth and efficient operation of the business and to cover related expenses until substantial cash in-flow is established.
