   Our Main Objective for Our Business: To run a black & cuban U.S born citizen female owned mining operation & make it so successful people will be asking how she & we did it! She won a huge contract & its operational.
 Alongside that main goal is help underprivileged kids have better lives & change the landscape of the World starting in the Bay Area & spreading it worldwide & yes we will succeed at that as well!

So we're in this for money for kids & for us! We have a young child & we want him to have a brighter more enriching future along with millions of other kids! We're a 50% Female minority owned gold mining business who she herself won a large contract over dozens of other prospects, for a gold mining operation, & myself, an Aussie, living in California as the other 50% owner, looking for small to medium investment to push our start-up mining operation over the hump so it doesn't fail. Investor would receive 40%-50% ROI or an agreed upon amount plus your initial investment for one-time investment of $100K to $1 million back within 30-60 days, depending on how much you want to invest for one-time only with 100% of your investment & the ROI coming back to you quickly at the same time. Preferably $500K-$1 million, however, any amount of $100K & up will help us at this stage to keep us afloat. Our Gold mine's already operating very well for last 16 months with a signed contract with a govt. entity, however, we've run out of money until we ship a small amount of gold bars to the USA, for which we need money to ship & pay customs fees for that gold shipment plus some operating expenses.      An additional caveat to this arrangement but not exclusive to this, is that we are looking for a company to help us manage the startup aspect of the tech part of our business using latest technologies, so there's more revenue to be made for investors longer-term, as well as short-term. We'll be hiring people to run that aspect once it's implemented. This would include payroll, computer equipment to help with these aspects of our business incl. the equipment that mines the site, high-tech security technology, & HR using new technology that's innovative & advanced, & we'll need some of that technology & knowledge for our Ripples Charity Organization once that's started up later in the year that will use some of this technology as well. I have a small amount of that knowledge, however, if you have that knowledge as well yet deeper than mine, we're interested in talking with you about it as part of the investment or it can be done after the one-time investment as a separate business agreement. 

            The very important part of our business model is our charity organization for young girls first then young boys after that with a combined aspect for both in a couple of years. A good portion of our money we earn will be going to less fortunate girls & boys who have nothing when we start our charity called Ripples Charity Organization, who are in under appreciated & represented cities in the USA, & other countries, as well as in war-torn countries around the world, & also poorer areas in the USA, including in the Bay Area as we want to improve & change the current landscape in the Bay Area & keep that help coming for years to come to improve & uplift their living & educational lives,  mental health, & change theirs & others peoples lives in ways that are positive & reinforcing, & child by child change the world in ways that are fruitful & everlasting, so this is very important to us!
Our education outreach program as part of our charity that we'll be starting is beyond anything out there in the society today! Its a completely new way of education using some components of current education, however, much different in several aspects as well as mental health for kids because we believe these 2 go hand in hand!!
