We are dedicated to screening, diagnosis, and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) for sleep disorders. 
Our product is a solution consisting of a wearable medical device,  AI-driven cloud-based  algorithms, and services. 
We make remote management of sleep disorders both easy and cost-effective. 
Patients with sleep disorders (e.g., OSA) can obtain this device from their healthcare provider, use it comfortably at home, upload collected data to the cloud. The data is then analyzed and interpreted through deep learning algorithms, ultimately generating reports for both the healthcare provider and the patient.
The benefit of our solution includes improving access to uninsured, rural patients., reduce expense and save time, increase adherence, etc.

We aim to three market segments:
1. OSA Diagnosis.
Approximately 1.8 million new OSA diagnoses occur annually in the U.S., we aim to get a % market share.
2. Remote patient monitoring of OSA patients.
Approximately 5.9 million OSA patients are under treatment, each physician may have 1,000 patients annually. 
3. Medical Research of OSA. 
Utilized for interdisciplinary research between OSA and cardiovascular, mental health conditions.

Our vision is to become a leading brand in remote sleep disorder management, leveraging the utilize of AI and IoT digital advancements, we aim to usher sleep medicine into a new era in which we strive to enhance people's sleep while minimizing disturbances to their sleep. 
In the future, we will：
1. Develop standardized or customized monitoring modules embedded within treatment devices, such as oral appliances and CPAP masks. This enables more patients to undergo monitoring seamlessly without the requirement for additional devices during treatment.
2. Develop diagnostic devices for other sleep disorders, such as insomnia.
3. Expand into more cross-disciplinary research related to sleep disorders.
