Red Forensic

Red Forensic is a digital forensic investigation and expert witness firm helmed by a seasoned expert. As the founder, I have worked in this field since 2003. COVID was devastating to our business when all the courts shut down. In early 2022, I accepted the position of Director of Forensics at a Dallas startup forensic firm. Business returned to the sector over the past year and in April 2023, I left that job and my wife and I relaunched our own practice, Red Forensic. 

It's time to expand Red Forensic from a solo practice into a major provider of elite digital forensic services and we need $500K to do that. We work primarily for attorneys who are either in active litigation, or trying to avoid it. Our clients run the gamut from attorneys in boutique firms, to general counsels representing corporations, to renowned litigators in the world's most prestigious firms.

Our services are uniformly exemplary, from the deepest and most accurate analysis, to expert reports that transform arcane technical information into compelling stories, to unflappable testimony in deposition and court. We intend to break the mold on independent digital forensic firms. We will not bury ourselves in the weeds of the industry where imaging and preservation drag virtually every other firm into a world of price pressure, low margins, and high turnover among employees brought on by the grind of fast-paced, churn-it-out work that is boring and unsatisfying. 

We will instead focus like a laser on the service tier that commands premium hourly rates, maximum respect, and work that is rewarding and often fascinating, cases that require investigation, analysis, reporting, and testimony. We will market ourselves not to internal practice support teams at law firms, but to the attorneys in those firms, attorneys who hire experts to help them win the day. It is here that Red Forensic will shine by bringing the best experts in the industry to bear on litigation.

Red Forensic intends to differentiate itself not only by prioritizing litigation, but by bringing to market new technologies and methodologies which can revolutionize the industry. Already we are working to explore and exploit the explosion of AI technology and craft solutions that will fundamentally change the way digital investigations are executed. The result will be more efficient and cost-effective investigations that will continually draw top attorneys to our door.

This is a journey to reshape investigation and move beyond the status quo. A journey which will end with great reward in seven years. Will you join us on it?
