Problem:Recruiting tools are antiquated and driven by HR.
Current Solution:
Many recruiters / sources utilize spreadsheets, table tools, and other workarounds to track candidates and share information with hiring managers as their existing tools do not function for their workflow.
Why Recruiting Tool?
We started from the ground up learning what is working and what isn’t, and built a tool that is structured for recruiters and validated at every step with a functional POC and users educating areas of growth.
