I have a wellness center that was donated for me to build my own wellness programs in Fraser, C
O.I will be offering an outdoor adventure therapy experience for individuals who suffer from addiciton and trauma issues.  I will be customizing their recovery experience by allowing them to be in control of their recovery, choosing activities that interest them, and trying services they may not have tried before.  In my undergrad I studied outdoor education and recreation and understand the important role that connection people with nature actually share and needs to be nurtured. As a graduate student, I have access to the latest addiciton recovery treatment models, as well, I have been through my own experience with addiction and know there is hope for a different tomorrow with actual healing.  I will help clients raise their self-awareness in the 8 dimension of wellness and rooted in small, tangible changes. I have run my own business successfully for the past 10 years, and over the past 7 months moving it to my full time gig while I studied and did you 200-hour Yoga teacher training wiht a 25-hr trauma cert.   
I am setting up contracts with charter companies around the US, creating a network of like minded, sober conscious people who just want to figure this life thing out without the influence of drugs and alcohol.

  I will be buying one Four Runner with all the equiptment to make it back-country ready.  Clients will have the option of which outdoor activities they would like to inculde in their package, (skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, rock climbing, windsurfing, kayaking, etc).  I will bring clients on the adventure, provide counseling, massage, accupuncture, reiki (alongside local contracted professionals) and yoga therapy, as well as set them up with treatment plan to continue the care when they return home.  After they go on trips with me, they will have access to professional help, a community of people seeking fuller lives, as well as options to earn chances for future trips.  I will have a scholarship fund set up for "pay-it-forward" trips for those who would not otherwise be able to afford this type of therapy.  When the vehicle isn't in use, I will rent it out as fully rental ready for people to use following a similar model to Turo, but also not having to pay as much as I can just use my clients VRBO properties that I already have.  As I can grow it, I will purchase more vehicles and grow into multiple different towns allowing them to take over the business model and run it in their towns creating their own networks. I want to provide the equpitment. Saving the tourists and the locals the headaches of bargaining, haggaling.  

I am going to be creating a website which will highlight local practitioners who are fighting against these issues with me.  I am looking to create a co-op type of mental health services in the communities I will be offering trips.  I will also bring in professionals to the community and offer wellness evenings with the oppotunity for people to "try" some new therapies, create personal growth opportunities by offering self-improvement classes in finances, nutirition, cooking, physical exercise, intellectual groups, music events and art events.  It is proven now that it is crucial in healing through trauma and addiction to foster a sense of connection into the community, that self-care trumps pharmacueticals, and silence and shame don't do anything but promote our broken systems.   I am starting this branch of Tame LLC -  Tame. Adventure - as a way to generate profit which will go towards funding my final goal of opening an off-the-grid wellness center.  Which has plans of including the most highly effective and scientifically proven methods to heal from addiciton, anxiety, depression, insomnia, trauma, abuse, pain, and heal the community one person at a time at an affordable cost.
