Our family is attempting to officially start our real estate investment business. We have multiple fix and flips worth of experience that have been successful but decided to pay off debt with previous proceeds instead of continuing to flip. With the drastic increase in cost of living our cash flow margins are much tighter than they were previously and at this rate it will be years before we can invest again. My husband and I want to continue to make these investments into our community to not only improve and pour back into this area that we call home, but to help our own family prosper. We have been within the real estate investment space since buying our first live in flip in 2018. Current business model would be to purchase and flip prospective properties within 3 months to ensure we maintain the 70% rule for flipping. Have multiple homes that fit within 200k asking amount but can’t move forward until funding is secured.
