As a  former CEO the past 5 years,  as well as a former Eastern United States Sales Director, and successful entrepreneur I come to the table with a lot of great experience, training, and expertise.  In 2018 I became CEO of an organization that was $750,000 in the red and did not have enough cash to fund payroll for the 40 plus employees.  In my last year we cleared $8,000,000, grew nationally, and approved a $23,000,000 budget.  This happened by having a clear vision, hiring an incredible team, clear branding, strategic marketing, understanding how to manage funds by monitoring  cash flow, profit and loss, balance sheet, securing loans and lines of credit based on receivables.   Please see attached resume for more details about my qualifications.  
In April of this year I stepped out and created my own consulting company called "Revenue Impact Consulting'' (RIC). My first major client was United Pools Maintenance, UP Management, UP Construction, and Keep HR Software. My role allowed me to see the internal operations, marketing strategies, pool services, pricing, maintenance contracts, etc... 
After I began consulting , the President of the company asked me to be interim VP of Sales and Operations of Construction. This  was a great experience that gave me more insight in the pool construction process, including but not limited to the  marketing, sale, bidding, billing, hiring of subcontractors, and the need of great project management. As a broker the margin of profit is from 25% to 40% of the gross sale of a building of a pool. In July I began consulting another pool company who focuses on pool and deck construction as well as fencing, hardscape, and landscape.  In the last 60 days I have met three more owners of pool companies and inquired of their methods and operations. All of them are amazing in their own right. The reality is, most of these individuals worked hard to achieve some success but they do not have a lot of experience outside of the pool industry.  Most of the owners are hard workers but lack executive insight,  which  allows for incredible opportunity to capitalize on a major market share.  By using my past experience as a CEO who had oversight in all aspects of the business including but not limited to building a brand, hiring and firing, accounting, human resources,  sales, business to business sales, co-branding, oversight of financials, national expansion and so much more will give RTP Pools an incredible advantage in the market.  

There is a 3 prong approach
1. Maintenance of private and commercial pools.  30-40% profit with annual contracts. Working currently with property management companies, HOA, hotels, and 36 gyms that have pools and spas.  
2. Construction and Repairs - Being a Broker only.  I have partnership with multiple sub-contractors.  Currently have 5 bids out for full pool, deck, and pump room build outs which is over a million dollars in business with a 25% profit RTP Pools.   
Decks, Hardscape, Landscape, and Fences will be an added service that we will provide.  Many clients inquire of a full- build out which includes  pool,  spa, pool deck, deck, hardscape, and fence.  Most pool companies do not offer a full build out.  I have multiple partners who want to collaborate and work as a unit in order to obtain more business.  Our company will require 25% to broker and project manage the deal
3. Project Manage for other pool companies, contractors and small businesses.  Here we will take our expertise to these business owners helping increase their operational strategic plan for strong foundational growth for sustainability.
