Good morning. My name is David Abels.
I'm a successful inventor and marketer who sold his first basket of intellectual property for a popular baby product and brand to a former distributor. If you have a baby or know someone who has a baby, you know

In August of 2020, I was issued a US patent that covers several new ways to cap a can or container such as spray paint cans. Everyone knows the hassle of opening and closing a spray paint can. Why hasn't there been a simpler way to do it? My patent has more than 10 ways to put a locking mechanism for in-store security and safety that you remove at home or work. Once you remove the locking mechanism, you're then able to screw on and screw off the can top.
This product is easily ADA approvable. And the locking mechanisms can be put back to ensure safety and security in your home or workplace. Manufacturers of household chemicals, caustic materials, foods, beverages, pharmaceuticals - even hairspray - can use one of these devices not only for safety - but for marketing too.
This patent and its technology can be sold and/or licensed in parts or in whole. Rustoleum might want one feature. Proctor & Gamble another. A company might want U.S. rights. Another might want EU rights. So there are potentially dozens of revenue streams from this patent. This patent could be acquired as a defensive move or as a forward-looking move into a new or existing market or space to develop further penetration in that market or space.
I am in the process of filing the international PCT application for the patent. The company that buys this has a lock on a simple, new, and multifaceted technology, and they potentially gain worldwide rights.
Imagine the possibilities of a royalty or installment sale unit payment on a worldwide system on such a basic technology as a can top. Billions.I'm looking for funding and assistance to get the patent sold or licensed to a manufacturer or consumer goods company. It's that simple.
I've done this before. I can do it again. It would be great to have a few investors onboard to make the process a little easier.
Bringing in investors would also help me to start patenting the 7 or 8 other patentable ideas I have.I have no intention of giving up. I enjoy this too much. And I have twins with autism. They need their father to continue to do well.
My company is Four Strong IP LLC (

The US Patent can be seen on Google Patents (https://patents.google.com/patent/US10737875B1/).I look forward to working with you.
