Protiv is construction technology that links worker productivity to their compensation, doubling trade contractor profits. Hourly compensation is a terrible model, incentivizing only to work more hours. ProPay is a compensation structure more like how contractors pay their subs, where the worker earns more for staying ahead of schedule or meeting specific KPIs on safety, quality, etc.
We built this technology for our own construction company, to solve our labor and productivity problems. Was transformational. Nothing else like it in the market, so we spun it off into its own company. Program has been in beta over last winter/spring and just starting billing our first customers in August. Now we want to begin to scale our marketing and sales.
SaaS model at $9.95/user with average customer revenue of $160. We are focused on selling to SMB trade contractors, but market is at least 1/4 of the US workforce.
