Revenue Streams
- Real Estate Commissions: 2-4 closings a month within 3 months, each at a conservative $12,500 commission. Average home price in our area is $650,000. Average commission is 3%.
- Coaching Programs: I am working a database of 11,000 real estate agent leads and go live 2x a week with admin access to a 10,000-member Realtor FB group.
- Affiliate Programs: 16-week program at $6,800 with an 80-20 split with affiliates.
- FastTrack Coaching Program: $1k for one year of 1:1 coaching. There is a high buy-in up front but low actual usage rate (25% or less in any given week), allowing me to sell 30 hours in any 8 hour work day. My mentor is making $200k a year off of this one day a week that he dedicates to FastTrack and gave me his exact playbook.
- Speaking Engagements: With the book and other awards and accolades, I am positioned to land paid speaking gigs at $5,000 - $10,000 each.

- Revenue Share Group: eXp Realty pays agents me on the deals closed by all the agents in my revenue share group. I presently have 40 agents in my group and plan to grow that rapidly, leveraging the book, the coaching program and exposure from stages, etc.
