Hedge Fund: Dynamically Leveraged S&P 500

Dear Investor,

Hello! My name is Chen. I am in the process of launching my hedge fund for the initial incubator stage, and I am looking for potential accredited investors interested in my strategy.

The hedge fund product I am launching is called "Dynamically Leveraged S&P 500." Dynamic leverage is achieved by adjusting the proportions of UPRO shares (a 3X S&P 500 ETF), Cash, and SDS shares (an inverse 2X S&P 500 ETF) on a daily basis, utilizing a series of stop and market orders. Most of the time, the leverage is between 1 and 2.5. During sustained market downturns, the leverage is typically between -1 and 1. Under rare circumstances, the leverage is between -2 and -1 or 2.5 and 3.

I hold a Ph.D. and have more than 8 years of active trading experience. This strategy was conceptualized 3 years ago and has been consistently optimized until its recent stabilization.
