Note: 2 of these products ALREADY sold into 1000 plus retailers (6 blue chip including Wegmans, HEB and others). This was a proven product and successful company already.

►Eventually- want to own our own lab and manufacturing so that all assets are owned outright to build valuation and exit bigger b/c of owned assets
►Exit: Will look to sell to big companies in the space: Gatorade/Boost/Pediasure/Coke/Pepsi/Nabisco/Sisco or a slew of others…Look to structure the company for an eventual Exit(Coke, Pepsi, Nabisco, the makers of Ensure or Boost etc etc). IPO MIGHT be a possibility
