Franchise a PJ's coffee shop in a new growth area near approximately 1000 homes and a school campus that includes an elementary, middle and high school totaling over 4000 students. There is currently no coffee shop in this area and the area is right off of an interstate exit. I have over 25 years retail experience. I have experience as a district manager with Walgreens managing 11 stores with sales exceeding over $100 million a year.
