Problem

Business Model
Peoplelogic makes money by selling a B2B SaaS subscription for a variety of products to the C-Suite of Series A to Pre-IPO companies. As companies mature across the organizational maturity curve, we have additional products to offer to increase the per employee price.
Competition
Because we’re solving a problem that involves the entire executive team (and really the entire org), we present a broad front for competition – but none of them have the whole picture – except maybe that intern with the super powers! The fact that we start with data and build on that with tools that help organizations scale and our unique view on the landscape of scaling companies gives us a leg up.
Of course, there are some additional competitors not shown here – but they tend to be bespoke consultants and VERY expensive.

Traction
2023 has been a year of traction for us. We now have over 1200 companies with over 15,000 employees using our platforms. The analysis of all these interactions has led to the final stages of a patent and $150,000 and growing ARR. Over the past month we’ve been named a Startup to Watch 2 different times and won 4 badges from G2 in HR Analytics.
