Marketing by Max App

Hello, would-be investors. 
My name is Maxwell William Kelly.
Before I begin, thank you for taking the time to read what I have to say. Know that it means a lot to me. With that said, I will be introducing to you my idea. 

I am designing an app I call Marketing by Max. The app, which can still be renamed, is intended to promote businesses' and content creators' ads in both picture or video formats, such as shorts with a maximum of a 30-second video. I have extensively planned out this app however need to hire developers to make the said app. 

Here is the draw and catch. MBM pays its viewers at this time .10 cents a post to watch said post and a .05-cent bonus for clicking on the link provided. We do this because the business or creator posting the ad is actually playing the viewers to watch the ad. Around 90% of the funding for each post goes to viewers, while we keep 10% for the business. The least you can spend on an ad is $100, around 1,000 views, depending on how many visited the link you provide. We would also enjoy working with posters of products to give us a small commission for sales and would give a slight boost for commission to viewers to balance that out. 

I do have plans for an anti-bot device. It would be a simple random button you must press once every five minutes that change colors and size. I also have been debating making it so only citizens of approved nations may use the app. For example, you would need a valid social security in the USA. Do note that this concept will be designed to last for a long time. 

We will employ target marketing with location, a hashtag system, and a system for viewers to find their favorite companies. 

MBM will also use a system that searches the web for coupon codes and referral codes for its users. The codes would work once the ad starts playing; the coupon will load in the detail section with a simple copy to clipboard mode. I plan to work with another company that does this already, but I have researched the technology needed to accomplish this and am prepared for whatever is to come. 

Please note that it is intended to advertise any business, content creator, product, or service. We will never promote politics. 

I fervently believe in connections over maximum profit. I have been increasing my social media influence to do a similar job. You can find my work on maximum_kelly on Instagram. I have my own content and believe in lowballing my own profits to help as many people and startups as possible. Being said, with my hands everywhere, in the end, I make far more than most. I have goals, massive goals, and aspirations. I dream larger than anyone I know. 

Currently, the app has two workers and a very qualified friend waiting for funding to start helping. Joshua Rhine; is one of the most intelligent individuals I know and has sagacious ideas and an inventive mind but lacks funding. For instance, he has been working on a gasoline replacement for cars that needs plausible funding. Finally, as a visionary, humanitarian, and family man, my most prevailing skill is connecting with people and encouraging them in any way I can. If funded, I have made it my life goal to help other startups with my own money and increase my influence so I can help the education system everywhere. My father is a longtime teacher, and so are most of my family members. 

To be clear, I value transparency above all else regarding business and life. I attended one year at Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts. I snuck into every class beyond my freshman requirements, took notes, and paid attention to detail. As a largely self-educated individual, I believe in purposeful and connected education. Of course, Mark Twain once famously said, "I have never let my schooling interfere with my education." After college, I have continued to make the world a better place. While I have done everything from raising money for ALS to teaching and coaching young athletes at a prominent private school, this app is my most significant leap thus far.

In conclusion, if funded, I will fully listen to the investor and seek financial help and sage advice. I understand hearing those words might turn some of you off. But know that I say them because I don't want a handout; I don't want to make excuses. I seek financial freedom so I can help those who reach for the stars can reach them. I do it for the future of man. I have big aspirations and dreams, but my primary skill is finding the most competent people and working with them to create something unique. I also make sure my investors are rewarded with significant returns. I take care of those who help me. 

Whether one of you helps me now or I fund it over time. I will create this app. It's the first road marker in a long list to help my fellow human.
