PAWSS360 provides pet rescues with an efficient, modern and, centralized platform that matches the right animal to the right pet parent in the shortest amount of time through the use of flexible and scalable technology.  Pet rescues face a number of challenges in trying to place each animal with their ideal pet parent and also struggle in supporting that relationship throughout the animal’s life. Reliance on paper applications and outdated technology, lack of consistency in marketing, and fractured communications processes reduce the overall animal placement success rate - PAWSS360 helps resolve this problem by streamlining the pet adoption process.

Pet rescues use our solution to list animals available for adoption. Pet parents complete a single application for all affiliated rescues, which provides access to view the best possible matches of animals to each potential pet parent. All parties can track the status of the process through the app. Post-adoption, the solution provides a suite of targeted services supporting the rescue, the pet parent and the animal throughout the animal’s lifetime.

PAWSS360’s primary revenue is generated through every successful pet adoption; a flat fee is charged for every pet adopted through one of our partnered rescues. Post-adoption, our platform provides a set of concierge offerings to encourage continued engagement between the rescue and the new pet parent. Our company offerings will evolve to earn commissions on all the products sold via a dropship marketplace and also through subscription based wrap-around services for pet parents.

The team met as part of a Master's program capstone project, each member coming from a different professional background, all sharing a common love of animals. One member presented a concept that eventually became PAWSS360, a technology solution to the challenges animal rescues face. As the team progressed throughout the process, we grew personally and professionally in developing and delivering a cohesive business plan and initial marketing materials, with the goal of turning the solution into a profitable organization. We are committed to making sound financial decisions to grow our company, minimizing operational and strategic risks while supporting the mission and vision of PAWSS360.
