Parker Eastman & The Perennials, LLC

Parker Eastman & The Perennials, LLC has brought musicians throughout New England, USA together to play music for all audiences from assisted living facilities, to festivals, etc. in a "big band" setting since 2010. [Live Band] We also offer sheet music compositions, arrangements, transcriptions, and orchestrations for bands, orchestras, theatrical performances, cabarets, and film. Additionally, we are also a one-stop-shop for all Musical needs for accompanist, pit/stage orchestras, Musical Direction, etc.  We are now at the point where we’d really like to expand our reach, and bring musicians from all over the East Coast together to create wonderful memories for our audiences. 
 
In order to achieve this we need to take the band on the road, and we have spent some time putting together an itinerary which entails us traveling across Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, New York, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Maryland. Whilst we’re all extremely excited about the prospect, this will be a costly venture, especially as it’s a 10-piece band! Therefore, setting out on such a tour won’t be possible without us being able to attract support from businesses like yours, in the form of sponsorship, donations, or partnerships. 
 
That’s why I’m reaching out to you today. We have slightly less than a year to raise a total of $30,000 to subsidize the tour, which we have planned for the end of June and early July 2024. The funding will cover our travel expenses, hotel costs, musician fees, marketing materials, the updating of our sound equipment, the hire of rehearsal venues, and so on. I recognize that it’s an ambitious venture, but we are very hopeful that there will be businesses who will take an interest in what we’re doing, and seek to help us achieve our goals. 
 
So, let me explain the three levels of support we have devised, for your information.  
 
1. Sponsorship: Should you choose to come on board as one of the band’s sponsors we will recognize your generosity by featuring your brand on our social media platforms, marketing materials, and programs. In addition, we will dedicate a page on our website for all your marketing needs, with direct links to your main website through December 31, 2024. 
 
2. Donations: Any company making a donation will receive name recognition on our social media platforms, your name on our programs, and a direct link to your business’s main webpage, if applicable. 
 
3. Partnership: This entails an ongoing relationship over a longer term. For more information about this option please email Parker Eastman for additional information (contact details below).
