ParcelME is an automated delivery and pickup parcel management solution focused on residential and commercial applications. It can exist outdoor or indoors and can also replace existing interior locker systems. It solves all the numerous shortcomings of the current Locker Systems at a comparable cost.
Our initial focus is on Residential Communities b/c we have fantastic sales opportunities/contacts in this space and have generated lots of interest regarding replacing existing troublesome Locker Systems, as well as new installation.
Although this is our first area of focus, the solution we have built has limitless applications in many industries, worldwide.
We are looking for an investor where 'the light bulb comes on' and they see the incredible potential. Think affordable, mobile, AUTOMATED, CONFIGURABLE Storage Solution that can store and deliver almost anything within seconds, and contactless. And b/c it's completely automated, it can expand vertically to support endless storage possibilities. No more restrictions on height, the packages come to you!
The real genius is our engineering that keeps the footprint slim but maximizes storage potential, while still keeing the cost very reasonable - way more affordable then comparable commercial automated units, and more on par with static Locker systems.
We believe this is the right way to handle storage, through automation - not just regurgitating "technology" that has existed for 50 years in Ski Resorts and Amusement Parks (i.e. Lockers) - And storage hasn't been automated b/c there are a lot of high costs associated with R&D - there needs to be serious engineering behind keeping cost down, footprint slim, but maximizing storage, keep maintenance at a minimum.
Luckily we have figured it all out! it wasn't easy and It didn't happen quickly, and that's mainly why this doesn't exist in the industry at the scale and price point we want to introduce.
Our team is responsible for 100% of the development (Engineering/Design, and software, etc..) We are located in Southern California (Orange County).
We have built the initial proof of concept to demonstrate our vision and competencies and is available for a in-person demonstration if interested.
Looking for funding to build 'Version 2', which will be our first Production Model. We have learned a lot building the initial version, but have updated our designs to increase efficiency, lower costs, minimize maintenance, and speed up pick up and delivery.
We need funding now to produce v2.0 - as we have numerous properties interested in installing ParcelMe once we have a production model.
The metaphor we like to use around the workshop; Current Storage/Locker systems are the Blackberry's of the industry.. We are the iPhone. And we all know how that played out.
What makes our product different? The unique combination of Automation, Configurability, and Affordability - it doesn't exist in the industry. We have the in-house talent and the vision of what we want to accomplish, we need the financing to make it happen.
The 150K investment will be distributed across, materials, resources, workspace, etc..
We are flexible with what structure the Investment will take, i.e. Convertible Notes, etc.. If we find the right investor, I'm very confident we can come to an agreement that makes us all comfortable and successful.
