Ovum Health is an on-demand, virtual fertility platform and clinical network providing non-invasive fertility care to more than 40M covered lives.  We have more insurance payer contract traction than our four largest competitors combined (all unicorn status). Our business model is fee-for-service operating at5 0% gross margin. We are poised to move into value-based contracts. 

Of the 10M infertile and 18M obese reproductive aged women, 98% do not want IVF to be their treatment answer because it's invasive, expensive, time-consuming, fails more than it succeeds and leads to high-risk complications like multiples, pre-eclampsia and c-sections. 

Ovum Health delivers a non-invasive solution using 80% fewer hormones virtually. We have an evidence-based, proprietary preconception treatment program that removes chronic illness, like PCOS, insulin resistance, obesity, nutritional deficiency, anemia, hypertension,  and more as the barriers to a healthy pregnancy. Our digital front-door, the FertilityAnswers mobile app, acquires users for a mere $5 CAC and then we convert 40% into patient appointments. 

We recognized 11% visit growth from Q2 to Q1, improved our cancellation rate by 98% and improved our patient engagement rate by 156%. 

We have an automated marketing funnel leveraging Gen/AI to convert more users into the practice, 17 strategic referral partnerships, and a burgeoning self-insured / ACO pipeline. 

We are using our raise to:
1) Expand our AI-enabled apps into single, unified operating platform with clinical and operational automation; 
2) Protect our IP increase our clinical and operational capacity;
3) Expand our contractual footprint across all 50 states;
4) We will also acquire 3,100 patients.
