OVERVIEW 
In 1999, Okanagan Naturals began creating and manufacturing hair care products for distribution through salons and health food stores. The company over the years evolved to skin, spa, and efficacy products, driven by the needs of our clients. 
 
Okanagan Naturals’ niche in the industry is formulating, developing, manufacturing, and packaging products for small businesses. OKN is a private label manufacturer which enables companies to use their own identity/ brand on their products. OKN also collaborates with the clients to ensure all NHP industry regulations are met in the manufacturing, packaging, and labelling process. OKN facilitates start-ups and smaller companies to enter the marketplace following all GMP and NHP guidelines.

Okanagan Naturals specializes in the development of personal care concepts and products. To fulfil the Mission, Okanagan Naturals has set the following strategic goals:

OKN has the knowledge and experience in commercializing natural products and has the know how to help clients with their niche market opportunities.
         
 
TEAM
 
Ron Reynolds: Founder / QA
Ron Reynolds founded Okanagan Naturals in 1999 and sought to pioneer the natural health and wellness industry in Canada and Overseas. His unwavering commitment over the years to bring clients a natural option for health and cosmetics has been instrumental in the growth of many clients’ product line. Ron has overseen the overall direction of OKN’s brand strategy, innovation pipeline, marketing, and is responsible for the company’s manufacturing qualities and tech necessities. When he is not thinking of creating new products, he enjoys being active with family and golfing. 
 
Ruth Brennan: VP Finance
Ruth Brennan, has a unique international multi-sector profile of leadership in start-up. Ruth brings 35 years of experience in finance, accounting and management experience in wholesale, retail, manufacturing and health science industries in both private and public sectors. While operating her accounting business she has consulted several startups and growing businesses.
 
Roland Busch (RJ): VP Operation
RJ Busch, a retired Canadian Military leader of 21 years; a progressive leader experienced in establishing systems, procedures, operations, human resources, marketing, and procurement disciplines focused within the health and hospitality industries. His past consulting and working within several startups, he created organizations that sustained growth and profit.
 
FUNDING NEEDS
Management seeks $200,000 from a private investor to complete the purchase transaction and working capital. Ron’s intention is to semi-retire, sell the business and continuing on a consulting basis in new product development, R&D and Quality Control. This will facilitate a smooth transition between the current clients and the new ownership. RJ and Ruth invested $200,000.
 
 FINANCIAL OVERVIEW
Based on 2019 and 2020 financial statements, financial results to September 30, 2021 and considering Management plans to improve and expand the business, we have prepared a forecast for 2021 through 2025.
The reason for the disappointing results for 2020 and 2021 is as followings:
-        Loss of the Canada Health Site Licenses due to changing regulation requirements leading to non-compliance and requiring new submission.
-        A global outbreak of COVID-19 (coronavirus), which has had a significant impact on OKN clientele.
