Ohio and National Railroad

I am a sole proprietor who is looking for angel investors to help fund a railroad that I am starting. I have the EIN and Tax ID number, so I can prove that I am a real business, I just need the money for equipment, railyards and for employees.  I will greatly appreciate and repay the full amount of or more, any investments.
