Helping seniors live out their final years in an Adult Family Home where they will receive one-on-one care in a home like environment. All residents will have home cooked meals, with all services on-site including medication management, all ADL's, laundry, nursing, Social Work, and Chaplain . Each patient will have a private room with all home amenities.  In Temple, TX, there are 2 known such personal care homes. 

All facilities are owned by corporations which do not allow that one on one care.  Home health care is always the best for our aged population. Unfortunately, not all seniors can stay at home and need a home like environment. 

Why not place your loved one in a family, home like environment that is family friendly, inviting, with all care available.  Each bed is worth approximately $5000-$10,000 per month depending on level of care. 

Each patient will be private pay or long term care insurance only cutting out Medicare, Medicaid, and the red tape that goes along with dealing with insurance companies. We will also offer 1 respite bed so families can take a break from caring for their loved one. That respite bed will bring in approximately $2000-$6000 for each respite patient. The time allotted for each patient is 7-30 days. Each respite patient will receive the same excellent care that long term patients receive. 

The staff are comprised of fully licensed certified nurses aides, Chaplain, Social Worker, RN overlooking medication management, an attorney on retainer, and mental health counselor (if needed). 

This home has the ability to house 3 full time residents and 1 respite bed. The approximated revenue (before salaries and other debt) is between $45 and 50k per month. I will have liability and business insurance. 

This is a much needed resource in this community. My future goals are, once this home is paid for, to open another home in the community and continue serving our seniors. We live on 3.5 acres and have plans to build a facility which will house up to 16 residents at a time. This home will be custom offering ADA compliant rooms, sprinkler system, all amenities for each resident, activities, and other care needed.
